Child Safety Standards

Last updated: April 2026

Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

Genana, operated by Nayanam LLC, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or solicitation of minors. This applies to every part of our service: user-uploaded content, AI-generated content, prompts, comments, profiles, and direct communication on the Genana Android app, iOS app, and website.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Any content that sexualizes minors — real, AI-generated, illustrated, cartoon, or otherwise
  • Content that grooms, solicits, or endangers minors in any way
  • Sharing links, contacts, or platforms that facilitate child sexual exploitation
  • Prompts or attempts to circumvent our safety filters to produce prohibited AI content

How we enforce these standards

Genana uses a combination of proactive prevention and reactive moderation to enforce its CSAE standards:

  • Prompt and output filters: every AI image generation request is screened by input prompt filters and output content filters that are trained to block the production of CSAM and sexualized-minor content.
  • Moderation review: every user report is reviewed by our moderation team. Content found to violate these standards is removed immediately.
  • Account enforcement: accounts that post CSAM, attempt to produce it, or engage in exploitation of minors are permanently banned and any generated content is purged.
  • User blocking: users can block other users directly from the in-app post menu to prevent any further interaction. Blocked users are hidden from feeds, comments, and follow lists.

How users can report CSAE concerns

If you encounter content or behavior on Genana that may involve CSAE, please report it using any of the methods below. You do not need an account to submit a report.

  • In-app (Android & iOS): tap the “⋯” (More) menu on any post, or open the author's profile, and choose Report. “Nudity or sexual content” and “Abuse or hate” are dedicated reasons for CSAE-related reports.
  • In-app blocking: from the same menu, choose Block to immediately stop interaction with a user.
  • Email: [email protected] — our designated CSAE point of contact. We review every report and respond within 48 hours.

Compliance with child safety laws

Genana complies with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where our service operates. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations of child sexual exploitation and preserve evidence in accordance with applicable law.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first. In the U.S., you can also call 1-800-843-5678 (NCMEC) or report directly at report.cybertip.org.
