How do I sign in?
Tap Sign in with Google on the home page. We use Google authentication so there are no passwords to remember.
How do credits work?
Each AI image generation costs 1 credit. Free accounts receive credits to get started. You can purchase more credits or subscribe to a plan for monthly credits on the Pricing page.
What AI models are available?
Genana supports multiple AI image models including OpenAI GPT Image and Google Gemini. You can choose your preferred model when creating an image, or let multiple models compete in a showdown.
Can I use generated images commercially?
Commercial usage rights depend on your subscription tier. Pro subscribers receive a commercial license for their generated images. Check the Pricing page for details.
How do I delete my account?
Visit genana.ai/dd to request deletion of your account and all associated data. Requests are processed within 30 days.
What are showdowns?
Showdowns let multiple AI models generate images from the same prompt. You and other users vote on which result is best, helping build a community-driven leaderboard of model performance.
My image generation failed. What should I do?
Generations can occasionally fail due to content policy filters or temporary service issues. Try rephrasing your prompt or selecting a different model. If the problem persists, contact us at [email protected].
